Dear , feeling tensed is always due to lack of self confidence, self esteem and anxiety regarding these two. You need to change your attitude. As the preliminary steps, for first fifteen days, keep yourself engaged in any activities. Play outdoor sports, exercise, keep yourself fit, do some hobbies etc. After 15 days you will see a change in your thinking pattern.
