Arjuna Tablet is specially formulated using an ancient herb named Arjuna. Since ages, the herb is used to boost healthy blood pressure, normal cardiac functioning and promote cardiorespiratory endurance.

Arjuna helps to improve coronary artery blood flow, reduces chances of clot formation and protects the heart muscles. The herb helps in lowering blood lipid levels. Hello, We need to make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores.
