Yes, it is safe. At age of six months mashed in milk, but personally, I will not recommend biscuits as they are processed food. Complementary feeding is initiated for babies for their adequate growth and development. I will suggest you consult a pediatric dietician for guidance regarding the same in detail. My daughter is 14 years old and his first menstrual cycle is comes in may but in start month she bleeds little bit .now after 5 months his bleeding is not normal she bleeds continues and she complains in heavy back pain .she used 2 pads daily and after 10 days his bleeding is not stopped.
