This is not true. But proteins are effective only if taken after strengthening exercises. Otherwise of no use. You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes. But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. E.g. For 30 gms it should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms.
Soya has the highest amount of protein. Use 2 Cups of Dhal or Sundal or Sprouts. You can use whole pulses such as channa rajma can be used twice a week. Take milk or Curd about 500 ml per day.

If you are vegetarian then your protein foods should be cottage cheese, soy milk, soybeans, soy products, skimmed milk, processed cheese, tofu, mushroom, peanuts, peas, yogurt etc. The requirement is. 5-1gm protein/kg body weight/day.
Only protein powder doesn't gain ur health either.u need regular exercise..a healthy balance diet and protein powder with that..the ad u see in tv are to make u fool...soo dnt be in that..follow my instruction u will gain weight definitely..
Do high protein diet like paneer, chicken, dal, rajama, sprouts, eggs in daily diets fallow this diets for one months properly morning take milk cornflakes n banana in midmorning take banana shake 1glass, in lunch take proper meal in evening take coconut water in night take proper meal add in daily diets dates 6pics daily 8pics badam, n chuaraha 5pics daily.
