If you have diabetes please initiate immediate treatment with appropriate antidiabetic medicine either oral or Insulin injection. Plus also control dietary intake and exercise regularly for over 1 hour a day. Looking at your age it is essentail to find out whether it is T1 or T2 diabetes. Thanks.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food.
6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.
7. Start walk from 15min and increase time till 1 hr 8. If possible after 1 month start jogging.

Avoid table use of salt.
Have high fiber diet.
Include fruits like melons, pomegranate, berries in your diet.
Walk atleast for an hour everyday.
Avoid ready to eat, processed products completely.
Avoid sweets, pastries, sugar based candies.
