Flax seeds are enriched with some of the most essential & basic nutrients that our body requires. They are good source of fibres, healthy fat, antioxidants, protein, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, omega 3, lignin & mucilage, vitamin B1. Regular consumption of it is good for skin, heart,hair and lower the risk of diabetes, cancer, heart disease etc. One to two tablespoon of flax seeds daily is good for health.
It should be take in ground or powdered form. Chewed it properly because if not chewed properly it give no benefits to your body. Flaxseed oil has a low smoke point, so it shouldn't use for frying, use it into salad dressings etc.
