Information about Enzispor Capsule

Enzispor Tablet contains spores of Polyantibiotic-resistant Bacillus clausii 2 Billion CFU Capsules. Bacillus Clausii is a probiotic composite which is used for treating altered condition of intestinal microflora. It helps in the treatment of diarrhoea and also prevents dehydration. It improves gut movements and regularizes irregular bowel syndrome.

Enzispor Tablet helps in the treatment of acute or Chronic diarrhoea, in rejuvenating gut microflora, and Irritable bowl Syndrome.

Direction for use:
Adult: 2-3 Capsules per Day
Children: 1-2 Capsules per day

Use under medical supervision.

Hello sir I have been suffering from irritable bowl syndrome since childhood what I have observed is that stress /anxiety is main causes of my ibs. Couple of years ago I consulted gastrointestinal specialist and Dr. prescribed hosit plus for 1 month enzispor for 5 days I recovered that time but last I had same problem like motion 2-3 times a day. This time I took vizylac capsules and now I am feeling fine. Should I continue to take vizylac capsule forever. I am taking following medication for migraine 1.etilam s5 2.tryptomer 10 mg history of pancreatitis having vitiligo kindly advise thanks in advance.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym etc.Till lock down do suryanamaskar every day. for more details, you can consult me.

Maine ultrasound b kraya but reports Normal thi, mera gastro vale doctor se ilaz b chl rha lekin koi b fayda nhi, pure din bhot bar fresh hona jana pdhta h. Itni medicine chl rhi h ar ye mai le b rhi hu but koi fayda nhi, please help kijiye ki kya kru mai.

Write reports of any tests done so for do you have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style.
