Information about Enshine Toothpaste

Enshine toothpaste is enriched with Potassium nitrate and Sodium monofluorophosphate. It freshens your breath and spreads between teeth for maximum cavity protection with calcium and minerals. Enshines unique formula fights germs and makes your gums healthy and teeth strong. It assists in suppressing halitosis (bad breath) and delivers the active ingredients to help immensely prevent tooth and gum disease (gingivitis). Enshine toothpaste helps to remove plaque, a sticky, harmful film of bacteria which grows on teeth, causes gum disease and cavities. Enshine toothpaste retains fluoride, which makes the tooth structure more resistant to decay and promotes remineralization. It also helps to provide relief from sensitivity.
Special ingredients in Enshine toothpaste help to polish and clean the teeth and remove stains over time. It also helps freshen breath and leave the mouth with a clean feeling. It is also indicated in sensitivity due to attrition and abrasion (wear and tear of teeth), natural gum recession or post scaling recession and bad breath.

Directions for use:
Brush properly twice daily for two minutes with this toothpaste. Don t rinse after brushing for at least 30 minutes as it needs some time to act on teeth. By spitting thoroughly instead of rinsing the mouth with water after brushing, the thin coating of toothpaste remains on teeth and provides the relief it is designed to give.

Use under medical supervision.

Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

Hi, you can use any fluoridated toothpaste from any company, try and use one with soft bristles. It is not really the brush / paste that decides the cleaning efficiency, but the technique of brushing which ensures clean teeth and healthy gums.
