My personal opinion goes with Pepsodent germicheck.
For hair we should not use shampoo daily two to three times a week is good use ketoconazole shampoo.
Rinse ur mouth with warm salt water,, daily,, apply fatkiri paste to ur sensitive teeth, u need proper homeopathic treatment for sensitivity also u can use sensodyne toothpaste
there is some error in understanding the purpose and effect of the tooth paste. your black stains will go by proper brushing with any toothpaste or by professional cleaning but if the black color area is cavity then no toothpaste will fill it and make it white.
