Try this instead Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils. do regular exercise, daily massage your body with Tila ( sesame) oil, take proper diet,milk,cows ghee in regularly,fresh fruits,dry fruits,green vegetables,protein rich food, proper sleep. Avoid- late night work,overexertion, excessive tea,coffee,cold drinks,chilled water,foods kept in fridge,fast food,bakery foods.

yes it can help follow this pattern 1. Before Exercise - Banana-1 2. After Exercise - Endura Mass with Milk and sprouts 3. Breakfast - must 4. Snacks - Avoid tea/coffee and stick to Milk (have cashew/badam as snacks) 5. Lunch - (Make sure you add enough vegetables) 6. Snacks - Have some fruit milk shake 7. Mini Tiffin (If you got time) 8. Please try to increase mass by natural sources first. Eat healthy carbs like oats, bananas, brown rice, sweet potatoes, home made milk products likes paneer, and nuts & seeds. Don't jump to supplements as an easy way. Also you are still very young. By mid and late 20s weight starts increasing on its own.
