Both are ayurvedic. It may be good for gums but not for teeth. It may not prevent cavities. Better switch to any other normal paste like colgate.

Hi, you can use any fluoridated toothpaste from any company, try and use one with soft bristles. It is not really the brush / paste that decides the cleaning efficiency, but the technique of brushing which ensures clean teeth and healthy gums.

Yellow teeth could me many reasons top most are 1. You might take some medication. 2. You are not brushing at night / in morning / or using datun or using red paste. 3. Genetically 4. Water in your area that can make super yellow i.e flourosis there are many other reasons for whitening your teeth 1. Some toothpaste available - glizer Dr. Reddy -colgate white sparkle /visible white teeth whitening chemical is kept less in toothpaste, you might see results with these toothpaste if you brush with them for three times a day. Regular use of such toothpaste can make your teeth sensitive to hot and cold, can also abrade your teeth, also such toothpaste don't give the desired results and long lasting results. Benefits are, it is handy, and with less chemical use you can get pretty ok looking glowy teeth. 2. Mouthwash available hydrogen peroxide mouthwash 3: 1 3. Some home whitening kit availabe (for this you need to visit dentist) 4. But if you want extreme results then in-office dental whitening -also it is the most effective teeth whitening treatment in-office teeth whitening (dentist visit) in office teeth whitening per session is of 20 minutes will cost 4000 / 6000/ 8000/12000/15000/20000/25000/30000 (all depending on what whitening system is used, what material is used, and percentage of material used) also cost also depends on the area and experienced dentist more posh the area is more will be charges more experienced the dentist is more will be charged and less will be complications.
