Collaflex sachet is a collagen-based nutritional supplement that contains Collagen Peptide, Vitamin C and Glucosamine as active ingredients present in it. It is prescribed to the patients having Rheumatoid arthritis and skin problems.

Collaflex plays a very good role in treating osteoarthritis. This medication performs its action by increasing fibroblast density. It also heals wounds and blocks the damage caused by free radicals.

Collagen is a major constituent of Bone Cartilage and loss of Collagen leads to Cartilage damage and Osteoarthritis. Collagen Peptides supplementation has an important role in preventing and treating joints pain because it regenerates cartilage and provides strength in load-bearing bones, therefore, improves the flexibility of joints. It is also helpful in tissue repairing and improving cell damage. It also increases the production of red blood cells.

Directions of use:

  • As a dietary supplement, take one (1) scoop twice a day in a glass of water for at least 3-6 months. The patient should consult the doctor before using this medication. It is always better to inform the doctor about previous medications or allergies to them. Zerostiff is given for stiff joints, it has collagen in it-no harm in taking it. Collaflex is also given for arthritis and it is a form of peptides -proteins. Interaction with other drugs is not known, neither its safety during pregnancy. Colacee & colasee gs are also new products in sachets prescribed for chronic illnesses please do not use too many medicines with a hope of recovery. Get her investigated and treated.

Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Do facial, eye exercises daily Take carrots and beet root juice daily Take anjeer daily Take milk plus cow ghee regularly Take Amway protein powder regularly for 3 mths Reconsult me on Lybrate after 3 wks.

Hello, yes. They are same. But only taking collagen peptide won't help in osteoporosis and knee pain. You have to be started on some other medications also. Also start with quadriceps drill for which you can meet a physio. I think the doctor is talking about your cartilage not ligaments.
