Have good sleep, do exercise & yoga daily for 1 hour. Take hot milk 1 glass morning & evening. Avoid spicy. Chilli.and fried food Take Tab. Manmath Ras. Tab. Pushp dhanva Ras. And Tab pooranchndra ras one tab. Each morning & evening for 3 months. With hot milk.

Giloy and thulasi ok but why you Want to take wheet grass. The grain of wheet plant only have medicinal value im ayurveda. Giloy is a blood purifying drug which make rbc and wbc to work properly and it make tissue formation from food faster and make energy/immunity (ojas. It is arasayana drug. Thulsi is a drug for making more immunity. These two are having cleansing property. The grain of wheet is reffered as pureesha janaka (that which make more cooked food in colon) by that way it will push down the old stool which is accumulated on your colon and replace it with new stool which give more promotion to last part of food digestion (katu vipaka).
