Baidyanath Medohar Guggulu is an anti-obesity Ayurvedic medicine that contains Sudhha Gugglu, Piper Nigrum, Zingiber Officinale, Long Pepper, Mustak, Chitrakmool, Haritaki (Chebulic Myrobalan), Bibhitaki, Amla, Vaividang, and Castor oil.
The Chebulic Myrobalan, a natural laxative, stimulates intestinal motility and smoothens muscle contraction.
Guggulu is a tree-based component that is effective in promoting digestion. It combines with other ingredients to help in proper management of weight.
Piper Nigrum and Zingiber Officinale enhance the bioavailability of antioxidants. It contains castor oil as a base and uses long pepper to encourage digestive functions and to trigger metabolic processes.

Baidyanath Medohar Guggulu burns off body fat and stimulates fat metabolizing. This improves body energy stores. The anti-obesity tablets also control body appetite. Although the body might experience an increase in one appetite at the start, it will decline after a period of time.

About 500 to 1000mg of the medicine can be used twice in a day.

There is no medicine or short cut method to lose weight. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5.
