Alfa Caps Capsule contains alfacalcidol 0.25mcg as the main ingredient.

Role of Active Ingredient:
Alfa Caps Capsule is Vitamin D-hormone analog, which gets converted to calcitriol in the body. Alfa Caps capsule is important for maintaining proper calcium amount in the body. While Vitamin D plays an important role in regulating calcium balance and maintaining bone metabolism, elemental calcium makes up for the calcium deficiency.

Alfa Caps Capsule also helps in stimulation of intestinal calcium (Ca) absorption, and helps in maintaining proper calcium and Vitamin D3 levels in the body.

Direction for use:

Dear Lybrateuser, - Maintain oral hygiene by brushing after every meal it at least twice a day, once in the morning & once at night, do warm water gargles three times a day - avoid fried, spicy & junk food - apply zytee mouth gel on the ulcers 3-4 times a day - continue with the vitamin supplement - get checked by a dentist if not much improvement.

It could not say because its depend upon your constitution whether it will suit you or not. If you want to healthy just do following thngs no need to tak suppliment. Live naturally first of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.
