This medication is a combination of three active constituents viz. an antihistamine, an adrenergic receptor agonist and NSAID. This medication can be used for treating allergic symptoms like itching, sneezing, runny nose and watery eyes.
The body produces the chemical histamine when you come in contact with certain allergens. It is histamine that causes the symptoms that are associated with allergies. As this medication is an antihistamine, it will block the effect of that chemical in the body.
In case of side effects like problems in urinating, vision, insomnia and irregular heartbeats; it is advisable to stop taking this medication and seek medical help at once.
