Spenzo 0.5Mg Tablet falls under a category of drugs known as thioxanthenes. This medication is used for treating mental disorders such as schizophrenia. It functions by interfering with the nerve pathways in the brain and rectifies the chemical imbalances that are responsible for the signs of schizophrenia.

On using this medication you may experience side effects such as dry mouth, headache, dizziness, vision problems, shakiness, uncontrollable muscle movements, difficulty in sleeping or urinating, breast enlargement, period problems, decreased libidinal drive, constipation, mood disorders and diarrhoea. If the reactions persist or become worse over time contact your health care provider as soon as possible.

Before you start taking this medication you should notify your doctor if are allergic to any ingredient contained within it, you are allergic to any food or medicine or substance, you have breathing/liver/kidney/thyroid/heart problems, you have epilepsy/diabetes/Parkinson’s disease/glaucoma, you are taking any medications, you are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant or are nursing a baby.

The dosage for this medication should be prescribed by the doctor based on your medical history and current condition. The usual starting dose in adults is 1 mg 3 times per day. This may later be increased to 3-6 mg.

Hello, You should monitor your weight, first. You might be suffering from gastric disorder. Causing dizziness, heaviness of head with blurred vision. It cause chest discomfort due to gastric pressure on diaphragm. Take  plenty of water to hydrate your body to prevent constipation, diluting acid  in stomach. Go for meditation to reduce your stress to nourish your body including digestive system to check gastric disorder. Your diet be simple, easily digestible on time to check gastric disorder.  Take  apples,  carrots,  Papaya, tonned mill. Take  homoeopathic medicine:@ Acid sulph 30-6 pills,  thrice. @ China 200-6 pills thrice. Avoid, junk food,  alcohol & nicotine Take care.

Hello, franxit contains two drugs:-flupenthixol 0.5mg and melitracin 10mg. Flupenthixol is available under the brand name of fluanxol/spenzo (0.5mg) though melitracin is not available per se, but it belongs to the class of tricyclic antidepressants. Other medicines of this class like amitryptilline or imipramine are available.
