About Rutoheal-D Tablet

Rutoheal-D Tablet is a pain-relieving as well as inflammation drug used for health conditions like osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, toothache, muscular pain, and pain in throat and ear.

Rutoheal-D Tablet should be taken as prescribed by the doctor in the recommended dosage with a meal to avoid an upset stomach. In the case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, do not take Rutoheal-D Tablet without discussing with a doctor.

Before taking Rutoheal-D Tablet, notify your doctor of any allergies, recent medications, and other health conditions such as liver, kidney, heart malfunctions and stomach ulcers as it may interfere with the effect of the drug.

    How does this medication work?

    This medication is composed of Trypsin, Bromelain, Rutoside and Diclofenac. Trypsin breaks down the peptides taking recourse to hydrolysis reaction. The peptides are deconstructed into amino acid building blocks. The working nature is a catalytic mechanism. The site of activation is comprises three amino acids which is referred to as catalytic triad. Bromelain is a protease enzyme derived from the stems of pineapples. It selectively inhibits proinflammatory prostaglandin biosynthesis, is an analgesic, and displays anticancer and pro-apoptotic properties. Diclofenac inhibits an enzyme named Cyclooxygenase which is responsible for the formation of prostaglandin.
