Thank you for messaging. He needs an endoscopy. Your gastrenterologist will be able to carry it out. If he is taking twice daily pantoprazole and thrice daily ganaton and add on mucaine he should be evaluated for reflux esophagitis. Please get an endoscopy to help us guide further treatment.

It is important that you follow the following advice: Firstly, don’t miss breakfast, lunch or dinner. ... Secondly, avoid aerated drinks, tea, and coffee. ... Also, include milk and diary products in your diet. ... Don’t remain hungry for long periods of time. ... Raise the head of your bed if symptoms interfere with sleep. If your bed allows for it, raise the head of it by 6 to 8 inches. Gravity will keep the acid in your stomach. Don't just pile up pillows, though. These tend to bend your neck and body in such a way that increases the pressure. It will make the hyperacidity worse Consider losing weight. Losing weight may reduce some of the pressure on your lower esophageal sphincter, keeping stomach acid from leaking through Eat smaller meals. Decrease the amount of food you eat at any one time. This may reduce the amount of stress and pressure on your stomach For medication consult online in private.

Mouth ulcers can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include canker sores, burns, biting the tongue or cheeks, or eating tc foods such as sour, sweets and pineapple. Avoid hot beverages and foods as well as salty, spicy, and citrus-based foods. Allowing ice chips to melt over the ulcers or rinsing your mouth with salt water or baking soda and water may help to lessen pain. Avoiding spicy, acidic and abrasive foods may also help. For this homeopathic treatment is very effective. For more details you can consult me.
