"As" per your clinical history is concerned he can take [Crocin]for pain and fever and continue antibiotic for 7 days .Mix 3 teaspoons of salt in two cups of warm water. Gargle with this solution. Do not swallow it. Spit the water out after gargling. Do this three times daily for 3 days.
Do follow few preventive steps like this -
1) Wash hands thoroughly and frequently, especially after using the toilet, before eating, and after sneezing or coughing.
2) Try to avoid sharing food, drinking glasses or utensils.
3) Cough or sneeze into a tissue and throw it away. 4) Use alcohol-based hand sanitizers as an alternative to hand-washing when soap and water aren't available.
5) Avoid touching public phones or drinking fountains with your mouth.
6) Try to avoid close contact with people who are sick.
