Hi sir, i'm suffering from throat problem from last 15 days, something sticked r something is. I'm not able to explain, my throat going dry sometimes. Is it cavity problem or wat. I didn't have any pain. Sometimes i'm feeling uncomfortable. Pls suggest me treatment & information plss.

This thrust problem can be because of respiratory system problem or acidity. What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains? Is there stiffness also? How is your appetite? R you constipated? I need to know more to be able to make diagnosis in the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. This medicine (proton pump inhibitor (PPI).) will not cure problem. It only works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. The day u dont take medicine normal acid production will be there n u will have symptoms. Do this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Hello Dr. I am 36 years old. I have been suffering gas problem since last 10 yrs. When I am taking the medicine it is cured at that time .when I leave the medicine then it is starting .also from last 2 month I have left side chest pain .i am taking my foods in right time with no spices .but not cured. I have taken different gas tablet as per Dr. prescribed rablet -d, razo-d, gutodacd capsules. But now a days these medicines are not working properly. Pls suggest for permanent solution.

Hi bloating or gaseous distension is a result of improper digestion and mild Gastritis. In some patients they have a history of constipation is also seen. First and most important thing to permanently correct these problems is correcting digestion, then there will not be any gas formation in stomach cavity, pain and burning sensation in chest etc. Certain food items such as Curd, paneer, Chinese foods, fried non vegetarian foods, cold water are not good for this condition. Take proper medication for acidity and other supportive measures for 2-4 weeks. Have controlled diet avoiding spicy and fried items. Daily light exercise like walking. If throat problem remains consult ent surgeon first. If no defect see a gastroenterologist for proper clinical examination, diagnosis and advice.

All your medications suggest psychological disorder, for which medications are to be continued under supervision of psychiatrist. A consultation with a physicain for detecting a specific cause for underweight and appetite should be done. If normal for general tonic b complex syrup or lysatone syrup can be taken.

I am suffering from gastritis from last October but still no relief I have loss of appetite and constipation I very tired always and also have lost 5 kgs weight.
