Lichen planus is a cell-mediated immune response of unknown origin, a self-limited disease that usually resolves within 8-12 months. Treamtment depends on the severity of the disease. Apply moisturizer regularly and try refrain yourself from touching it as it increases with trauma.

Food like oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne. During pregnancy, you should not use this kind of medicines. You should either get treated completely or plan for pregnancy. I would recommend you not to do both. The warts are nothing to do with the fetus.

It will cause severe side effects. As it is strong super potent steroid. Please don't self treat. This description sounds like acanthosis nigricans. This is a condition where your skin​ folds like underarms, inner thighs or groin, neck and face becomes dark. It is either genetic or due to sedantry lifestyle and overweight. This can be treated. Nf6 propysalic is a steroid salicylic acid ointment which could have severely damaged your face. My strict advise would be to use just cleanser sunscreen and moisturiser in day moisturiser in night for 6 months and you should be ok regards.
