You have to get a scan done to know whether cardiac flicker is there. Not mentioned the period of pregnancy ,proluton depot should control bleeding within 4-6 hours .darkish brown discharge is a bad sign. Need to meet a gynecologist.
Chances of funneling to stop and cervical length to increase are mostly nil. But complete bed rest will prevent the worsening. You need strict complete bed rest.
Unless you have a scan done and find early pregnancy with cardiac pulsation, my personal advice is not to take inj. Proluton depot .if your pregnancy is not viable, proluton will keep it without expulsion. Giving you a false hope of healthy pregnancy.
I will not advise any lactating woman to take inj. Proluton depot for control of bleeding. Proper breast feeding will help involution of uterus and control of bleeding. Now you are the tenth person asking me for bleeding control after taking inj. Proluton depot. Better ask that doctor who prescribed you this.
