Hi lybrate-user, sorry to hear about your vomiting. To decrease the frequency of vomiting, avoid oil and spicy food, heavy meals and give a gap of 1-2 hours after a meal and a nap. You can try Tab. Ondem MD before food. Place on tongue and let it dissolve.

To know the baby's safety, we recommend to have ultrasound scan, which is safe. Nausea is common in early pregnancy and usually subsides within few months.
TAKE SOME PYRIDOXINE TABLETS DAILY, take ondem 4 mg as and when required (but not more than 2 tablets a day). Ensure adequate fruits and diet. However if the vomitings still persist please see a physcian.
Any liquid you are comfortable with. Coconut water, milk, soup or butter milk, ice cream and freshly made fruit juices. You can take antacid or PPI for short time. Take frequent small meals.
