You should not do caesarean now and allow the baby to grow to 40 weeks or as close to it as possible . you have hyperacidity which is common in pregnancy and you can lie down on your left side and take Gelusil or Omeprazole if needed , I will always to advice to for normal delivery and CS only if there is absolute necessity as decided by your doctor
Eating painkillers will make ulcer worse and she needs to avoid spicy foods and eat balanced diet and take Omeprazole tablet for one or two weeks. The cause of pain need to be examined and treated and care need to be taken for the ulcer by endoscopy and if needed a surgery is to be done and I do not think it will be needed in a young girl
yes she can take but better take preventive measures like avoid excess of oil spicy fatty food
not to lie down immediately after food..walk for sometime and give a gap of at least 45 minutes before she sleeps
Keep head high with pillows to avoid any reflux
take food on time and try to take small frequent meals with at least two servings of fruits
