it is natural for one to feel sleepy when there is too much to read. Some small tips can get you back in shape. Structure your day with small and frequent breaks in between every 40 minutes of studying. 40 + 5 is a good rule. Make sure you get enough exercise during the day. Eat vegetables and fruits as snack. Kep yourself hydrated.
Most important plan your day in such a way that you manage to do more than you plan. That will boost your confidence and slowly you will do better.
