I am suffering from severe headache and sometimes pain in the neck too, been more than 3 years, have been taking painkillers and vasograin for migraine and myospaz forte for neck pain but nothing work for me, not even flunarin or propananol. Got mri and eeg done, both are normal and still unable to get some relief. Almost every single day I am in pain and the consumption of medicines made my gain weight too. I'm worried and totally helpless.

It can be because of many reason from simple reasons like not sleeping on time or sleeping too much, stress, have long hours of fasting, dehydration to causes like sinusitis, migraine, high blood pressure, tumor etc. Do this 1. Take adequate night sleep 2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger headache 3. Avoid things that can trigger headache. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep. Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and TV before bedtime. 4. Don't take stress- Pursue an enjoyable activity or verbalising frustration to reduce stress and improve mental health. 5. Avoid foods that you know triggers your headache. 6. Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect 7. Drink water. “Dehydration can be a big cause of headaches,” For this homeopathic treatment is very effective For more details you can consult me.

Hello lybrate-user. By the terms used in the question, it seems that you are someone from dental fraternity. In my opinion, firstly check for the following: - tenderness in muscles of mastication - clicking of tmj and deviation/deflection of mouth on opening and closing - any parafunctional habits - any emotional stress that the patient might be going through since it seems mostly due to muscular injury during extraction, I am suggesting the following line of treatment. Do continue with the warm saline rinses and myospas forte. Diazepam 10 mg orally once daily every night before sleep could be added for 14 days along with isometric jaw exercises (4-5 seconds in each direction per session, 4-5 sessions per day). Also tell the patient to perform ice-cream stick exercise to slowly increase the mouth opening. If any parafunctional habits are there then stoppage of the same followed by intraoral appliances like night-guard can be given. Review the patient after 14 days. If any clicking in tmj is present then get an opg done. Reassure the patient since having discomfort even after 2 weeks might get them stressed about the same. For further discussion, feel free to drop in for private conversation.

I feel pain in my head, chronic pain. Sometimes one side sometimes back of the head and sometimes whole head. I can feel the wrath of the pain in my eyes too. At first the prescription of vasograin worked good too but now it doesn't help either. I was prescribed vasograin and myospaz forte both because I have some cervical problem too. Nothing work now. I'm totally clueless and helpless now. What should I do? Im 33 and doesn't have any diabetic problem.

I am 28, I am experiencing lower back pain from last 9 months especially when I am trying to bend. I consulted an orthopedic and got an x ray for lumbar region. He said the vertebrae are tight and prescribed me myospaz tablets and to do back strengthening exercises. When I am in medication I got relief but now it is becoming worse. It is becoming very hard to sit on the floor as well. What are other possible issues that might be reason for back pain when trying to bend. Do I need to worry as it is almost 9 months and it is slowly getting worse.

Today morning I got unbearable pain in lower back with spasms when I got up after breakfast. Without any reason. I exercise daily, so my body is not stiff. I think its because of some food mixup at dinner last night, chilly potato, mango milk ice cream and 2 drinks of whisky. I took 1 nucoxia 60 in morning at 10 am and 1 nucoxia 90 now at 6 pm. Not much relief. Also have a feeling that burps are stuck. Though trued passing stool several times but not much and not much relief. Pls advise. Thanks in anticipation.
