Do not take migest kit over the counter. It is always advisable to take it under medical supervision. Consult your gynaecologist first. You need to take some blood tests and usg to confirm the gestational age and whether the pregnancy is in right place (and not an ectopic pregnancy) it carries the risk of incomplete/ failure of abortion, excessive hemorrhage, and a very small risk rupture uterus (in case of previous c-section). Also, if you are asthmatic and on inhalers, you should avoid mifegest kit.

This is exactly why I tell my patients to not take any abortion tablets without gynaec consultation. Now I would advise you to wait for bleeding, and if you don’t bleed in a 2-3 days then please consult gynaec with an ultrasound.

Don't use self-medication kindly contact the doctor in person if there is a heavy bleeding in bout then there should be doctors assistants.
