As your anxiety symptoms have increased currently, then you should contact your doctor as you might require some alteration in your current dose. Since you are on the lowest dose of the medication, there is a possibility that some life stressor has triggered the current anxiety symptoms, and the dose was not adequate to control the symptoms associated with the stressor. Just so you know, having some anxiety to a significant life stressor is a normal phenomenon, but if the anxiety starts to hamper the daily functioning and that too for longer period of time, then it would be considered as an illness.

It is a very good step that you are taking medicines under supervision of a psychiatrist. Your doctor is definitely adjusting your medicines based on your symptoms. That your doses are reduced is a sign of progress. But do not stop your medicines yourself. Continue review with your psychiatrist. Let your doctor decide when to stop the medicines. Wish you speedy recovery.

Dear Avi Kumar, Lonazep reduces your anxiety about your bowel movements and food intake. When you are less anxious, your bowel movements are regular. If you are not constipated, plies will not bleed nor come out. Not that piles is cured.

Get re-assessed. It is important that a thorough re-assessment is done followed by medication plan is made. Also to be able to understand why you didn't respond to other medication. 5 years is long and you probably will need to have long term treatment where clonazepam (lonazep) will definitely not modify the disease. So clonazepam can only be a small part of the treatment and nothing beyond. Thanks.

From the information you've provided, it seems you have a history of fatty liver and lipid (cholesterol) issues. It's positive to hear that you've made lifestyle changes such as abstaining from alcohol, cigarettes, and tobacco use, as well as incorporating exercise and a healthy diet into your routine. It's important to manage your cholesterol levels to reduce the risk of heart issues. Statins are commonly prescribed to lower cholesterol levels, and it seems you've been taking them in different dosages. The decision about the appropriate dosage and duration of statin therapy is typically made by a physician based on various factors, including your overall cardiovascular risk profile. Factors such as your age, gender, blood pressure, smoking history, family history of heart disease, and other medical conditions will be taken into account. Given your specific situation, it's best to discuss with your physician or cardiologist regarding the most suitable dosage of statins for you. They can assess your overall cardiovascular risk and help determine the appropriate medication regimen. It's also essential to continue managing your blood sugar levels, as you mentioned you are taking triglimisave for that purpose. Regular monitoring and following the advice of your healthcare professional regarding diabetes management are crucial. Additionally, since you mentioned experiencing depression and panic disorder, it's important to address these mental health concerns as well. Your current medication regimen for these conditions should be discussed with a mental health professional who can evaluate your symptoms and determine if any adjustments are necessary.

Hi Dr. dr gave me lonazep md 0.25 mg .may I now it can control. Or reduce breathing problem panic and anxiety.
Hi lybrate-user. While medication can help you reduce anxiety, working on the triggers can benefit in the long run. One way is to observe your bodily reactions as you feel anxiety and panic. You can also name your emotions and do mindfulness exercises. Meditation, physical activity, and doing some activities you enjoy throughout the day can help as well. Do let me know if you would like to talk to me about this.

Hi lybrate-user. In addition to medicines, addressing what's keeping you awake and making you anxious might be more helpful. I practice cbt and use various relaxation techniques to help with sleep, overthinking and anxiety. Setting a pre-bed routine and getting some physical activity can help you. Switching off your devices an hour before can be beneficial as well.
