Taken letroz 2.5 egg released on 17th day as per follicle study. Stopped susten 300 on 27th day. Period missed but negative pregnancy. It’s been 25 days still no period. Beta hcg also negative that is 0.45.. What shall I do to get periods?

Hello, Do sonography first,and then start treatment for regular mensuration and for pregnancy also,do not take hormonal pills ,take Ayurvedic treatment which will help you whole . Consult me online . Your AMH is low for your age. Apart from DHEA supplementation, it would be advisable to gi for assisted reproductive techniques like Intrauterine insemination to increase the chances of pregnancy

Hello lybrate-user. With treatment, the chances of conception are around 15%. And conception also depends on other factors like your egg count (amh value), husband semen analysis and your tubes state. If you miss your period, do the test after a week.

As advised I took letroz 2.5 from day 3 and got follicle study done hence on day 9 follicle size was 24 mm, doctor prescribed decapeptyl 0.1 mg trigger shot, after this shot egg partially ruptured and size decreased to 15 mm, however on day 11 size again increased to 18 mm and doctor said that it is hemorrhage in follicle now. However she advised to take duphaston 10 mg (bd). I would like to know that what are my chances to get pregnant in this cycle, I did intercourse from day 8 to day 11. Also why follicle ruptured partially what does it mean and what hemorrhage means here. Thanks.

There is no such thing as partial rupture, you consider as ruptured follicle and chances of pregnancy will be same like any other cycle. Such small hemorrhage is nothing to worry about, 15 mm to 18 mm is nothing.
