Hi if the patient has being on antibiotics for 3 to 5 days then there is no reason why the tooth cannot be extracted as we can extract a paining tooth but not an infected tooth that too in some cases .A good antibiotics coverage followed by extraction is the only option which I can see according to your description.
Every alopathic medication has side effects. Its a good pain killer bt you should not take it for prolong period. Which treatment your dentist is giving you.
Please get an radio graph done, to see for any pathology or pulpal exposure, and if the pain still persists ask your dentist your remove the filling and give you a temporary dressing, and if the pain still persists you need to either get a RCT done or extraction since its 3rd molar.
its good you have described your problem in details, firstly let me tell you taking a painkiller once in a while is not harmful, but yes if you are having headache that may not be side effects of ketorol, show to some medicine doctor.
