Flexon Mr Tablet For Back Pain

Hi doctor. It was my first ever day at the gym in the morning. I did some exercises the ignorant trainer told me to, like lat pulldown, cable curls, cycling & elliptical machine. When I came back it started to pain in my testes and penis. Little bit of pain is still there. Should I be concerned or is it normal. I think elliptical machine did that. Google scares me saying it can be hernia or testicular cancer. Thanks in advance.

Hi, to begin with, please stop all medication you are taking as mentioned above. Muscle relaxants should not be used inadvertently. If symptoms are persisting still, consult an orthopedic surgeon for a detailed evaluation. Wish your a speedy recovery.

Hello. I am 40 years old. A very active individual. A regular at the gym. I started working out at home when the location started last year. In november end I contracted the virus. Since after then I couldn't get myself back on track with my workouts. In march 2021 I joined the gym. I did light weight strength training along with 15 mins of cardio before and post workout. After 10 days my feet started aching. Not sure what caused it. Post covid and before I joined the gym I used to walk 10k steps everyday. And currently I can do only 6k a day. The area of pain is around the arch area. The pain isn't extreme but is constant. It moves vertically to the center of the foot to almost the entire upper toe area. Some times even the index finger gets a constant weird sensation on left corner of the toe nail. I had zerodol for 3 days twice a day to see if it subsides. But it didn't help. I just want to know if I need an x-ray done? Is it a nerve damage? I try massaging it at home using a massager but it's of no use. I don't want to visit a hospital given the present circumstances hence looking for some help here as I can't really figure out anything. Please advise what problem does my foot suffer from. And if the pain will subside on its own or I need medication or physiotherapy? And if it of very serious concern? Please help. Thank you in advance for your responses.

Hello lybrate-user I have red your concern and what I think is you may be having plantar fascitis for which plantar fascia stretching exercise and physiotherapy will work you can apply ice over the painful area. It does not seem like a nerve damage and physiotherapy you have to get it done from a professional. If you want you can contact me personally and I can teach you what should be done. If you liked my response feel free to thank.

Hello lybrate-user your age and occupation profile points towards a mechanical problem of posture and muscle weakness. Medicines as in pain killers are no solution to the problem, however nutritional deficiencies need to be tackled tactfully by a professional. Mainstay of your treatment would be correct muscle strengthening exercises and correct posture.

Good morning sir/mam, I am 20 year old am from varanasi. Actually my mom (ruby, age-52) is has been found arthritic few month ago and the main area of problem is her hands. She going through massive pain in her hand muscles and swelling too. She is taking (ibugesic asp for pain and swelling, nurokind g) prescribed by her doctor. But even after taking these medicines their is no relief from pain and swelling. Because of the location we are not able to take her to a good doctor. (medical history- thyroid, bp, arthritis, cervical) it will be very much helpful of you prescribe any medicine or oil that could relief her from pain and swelling. Today as she was crying because of the massive pain I gave her (flexon anti- inflammatory medicine) it will very helpful of you if you revert back. Thanks.

Orthopedic Doctor,
Hello lybrate-user. I understand that your mother is 52 years old and has got widespread pains (more in the hands) and has been diagnosed with arthritis and the routine painkillers are not helping. I need a few more answers before I am able to give a professional opinion on the matter: 1. How long has the problem been there and which all joints or areas hurt apart from her hands? 2. How was she diagnosed with arthritis and do you have any test reports to show (blood tests, xrays, old prescriptions) 3. Does she get any joint stiffness in the morning and if yes how long does it last? In the meantime I can only say that a couple of doses of painkillers will not harm her unless she already has a deranged kidney or liver function. She has probably got a rheumatoid kind of arthritis but I need more reports and answers to confirm. Thanks and regards.

Hi lybrate-user, can you see any cavity at the end of your jaws? If not then problem can be related to your muscles. Sometimes we all tend to grind or clench our teeth at night in deep sleep. That can be the reason you are feeling pain when you get up in the morning. In this case you have to start doing facial exercises. First exercise can be open and close your jaws 20 times. You have to repeat this exercise three times a day. Second exercise is to move your lower jaw side by side 20 counts and 3 times a day. Another thing that you have to do is take hot water and put salt into it, fill that water in your mouth make balloons of your cheek and let this hot water be inside your mouth for 20 seconds and then spit the water out. This you have to do 2 to 3 times in a day. Hope this was helpful. Thank you very much.

Hello. I had a fall from scooter a few days back. I have hurt my legs. There was a cut and deep pain on my right leg which healed with time. But I think I have hurt my left leg too because of that, though I haven't got an xray done. Since many days, the toes of my left leg are paining. Apart from this, I have been having some pain in the joints of my right toes and my fingers lately. These are surely not because of the fall. Usually I follow a healthy diet and haven't done any blood test since a long time. I don't know why these pains are occurring. I am unable to walk properly. Have had flexon Mr. too for a few days, but no result. Kindly let me know what can be the reason of such pains and what should I do.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.
