You may stop using the cream for a couple of weeks and see if the white patches improve. If they are persistent, it would be best to consult a dermatologist to evaluate whether the patches have appeared as a result of using the cream or the underlying cause is something else altogether.
Hi, pls apply a sunscreen like rivela or neutrogena regularly during the day. Apply a suitable moisturizer. The skin will return to normal in few weeks.

Cosmolite cream contains hydroquinone and topical steroid which is not advisable to use without consultation or used for a very long time. It thins out the skin apart from causing other various side effects. For now stop using it completely. Use a mild facial cleanser and moisturise your skin well. Use sunscreen in the morning and afternoon. Protect your face from direct sunlight. Further treatment would require a photographic consultation.
Ma'am cosmelite shud never be used for that long. It's for very short time period. U may end up developing something called cutaneous ochronosis. Stop that cream. Use a sunscreen strictly n please consulta dermatologist. Cost depends on your condition at present which has to be evaluated first.

Dark pigmentation around the mouth needs to be checked for the reasons of its appearance. Pigmentations :they are difficult to treat and may take long and may still not go fully. Say under the expert guidance of a dermatologist. Its good to stop medications for some time and allow the skin to re-generate and use a sunscreen to prevent fresh pigmentation.
Ance scars may take a long time to settle or reduce and may or may not go completely and do not need any treatment since its pat of the body healing process.
