It's important to seek professional medical advice for any concerns about your health, especially when it involves sensitive areas like your mouth and genitals. I cannot provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. Here's what I can suggest: for your tongue: schedule an appointment with your dentist: they can examine your tongue and determine the cause of the white hairy patches and red spots. It could be something common like oral thrush, which is a fungal infection, or something else entirely. Avoid self-diagnosing: don't try to diagnose your tongue concerns yourself based on online information. Only a qualified healthcare professional can give you an accurate diagnosis and recommend proper treatment. For your genital area: schedule an appointment with your doctor or a urologist: they can examine the rashes or tiny spots and determine the cause. It could be something like a yeast infection, balanitis, or another skin condition. Avoid self-treating or applying any creams or ointments: this could worsen the situation or interfere with proper diagnosis and treatment. Remember, it's always better to err on the side of caution when it comes to your health. Don't hesitate to seek professional help to ensure you get the proper diagnosis and treatment. Oral thrush is a fungal infection which occurs due to dry mouth, uncontrolled diabetes and weak immune system with debilitating disease or patient on corticosteroids. You may need fluconazole & renal safety dosage of amphotericin b (iv drugs to be used only with the advice of oral & maxillofacial surgeons). Kindly consult an oral & maxillofacial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need candid ointment until then. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.

I understand your concern about your tongue pain and white mucus. It's important to seek professional medical help for persistent issues like this. I can't diagnose or offer medical advice, but I can guide you towards getting the support you need. Here's what I recommend: see a doctor: don't hesitate to make an appointment with your doctor or a dentist. They can examine your tongue, assess the white mucus, and determine the cause of your pain. Depending on the findings, they can recommend appropriate treatment options. Describe your symptoms clearly: when talking to your doctor, be specific about the pain, including its location, intensity, and frequency. Mention the color, texture, and amount of white mucus you experience. Any additional symptoms like changes in taste, difficulty swallowing, or bad breath should also be mentioned. Be patient: remember, finding the cause of your discomfort might take some time. Your doctor might ask for medical history, conduct tests, or refer you to a specialist depending on the situation. Trust the process and follow your doctor's instructions. Here are some additional tips that might help until you see a doctor: maintain good oral hygiene: brush your teeth twice daily, floss regularly, and use a tongue scraper to gently remove debris from your tongue. Stay hydrated: drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your mouth moist and comfortable. Avoid irritants: limit your intake of acidic, spicy, or sugary foods and drinks that might irritate your tongue. Avoid smoking and alcohol: both smoking and alcohol consumption can worsen mouth problems. Remember, you're not alone in this. Seeking professional help is the best way to understand the cause of your tongue pain and white mucus and find the right treatment. Don't delay, make an appointment with your doctor today. I wish you all the best in getting your oral health back on track. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Dear sir
how to reduce foreskin problem, and white scar and cracks please give me best solution with out any surgery.
It's important to talk to your doctor about any white scarring on your foreskin as it can be difficult to determine yourself if you have bxo and it generally gets worse over time. These cracks could be painful and can be associated with fungal or bacterial infection, lichen sclerosus (bxo), and tight foreskin (phimosis and paraphimosis). Fungal infections are usually responsible, most commonly involving the yeast is called candida albicans which is associated with a bacterial infection.

I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area. But it can be jock itch/fungal infection. U can try this (do patch test first) wash the affected skin two to three times a day. Keep the affected area dry.Avoid excess affected skin irritation by wearing 100% cotton underwear. Avoid fabric softeners, bleaches, or harsh laundry detergents. Wash your workout clothes, underwear, socks, and towels after each use. Keep your affected area, inner thighs, and buttocks clean and dry, especially after you exercise and shower. After showering or bathing, dry the irritated affected area by gently patting it with a towel. Be sure to dry your skin thoroughly. Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in two cups of warm water. Wash the infected area with this solution and allow it to dry on its own. Another option is to apply a mixture of equal parts of white vinegar and coconut oil on the affected skin. Like hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol can help kill off the fungus that's on the surface level of the skin. You can apply it directly to the affected area listerine: it has antiseptic, antifungal and antibacterial properties, which help treat skin problem here are some tips to help you manage the infection:avoid using oily skin products.Reduce your exposure to the sun. Exposure to the sun may trigger or worsen an episode, do not wear tight clothing. Wear breathable fabrics, such as cotton, to decrease sweating. For this homeopathic treatment is very effectivefor more details consult online.

It might happen due to several reasons 1. Used underwear for so many days 2. Due to some ant's bite or use of unhygienic cosmetics. And you have an uti infection. 3. Due to unsafe sex with ladies infected with candidiasis or gonococcal bacteria. 4. Due to unsafe sex with hiv infected patient. So I would request you to visit a urologist or sexologist.
