You can try Salt water gargling and steam inhalation three times a day for 2-3 days. Also have soups with pepper, and drink only warm water. If symptoms do not subside, or you develop fever, you'll need to decide on taking antibiotics. They mostly subside with symptomatic treatment. If you do have to take them, they are safe for pregnancy.
