Dear lybrate-user.
You are young and you can learn a non medical method of managing your anxiety. Anxiety is not a life long problem. Anxiety is needed at certain stages of your life. Tablets have their own problems.
If that doesn't work please follow these herbal combination for complete cure
vrihad kamchoonamani ras 1 tablet twice a day
yogendra ras 1 tablet twice a day
kamdev avleh 10 gms twice a day
hridyarnav avleh 10 gms twice a day.
If your anxiety is better managed with these medicines, you can take it. For complete management of anxiety symptoms, it is usually recommended to take anti-anxiety medicine for a period of 3 months, then gradually tapering and stopping it. But it is better to not continue clonotril for more than 1 month, and use it only on sos basis after that. This is because it is a habit forming drug. You fear will come down if you take the medicines regularly and follow your psychiatrist's advise.
For your anxiety, you have to continue the medicines for atleast 3 months. Otherwise if you stop it suddenly, your anxiety may recur. If you are facing any side effects with medicines, you should consult your psychiatrist. The medicines are not likely to cause pain in legs, it is better if you consult your general physician for evaluating that.
If aren't having any symptoms since the past 2 years and this was your first episode 2 years back then medications can be tapered and stopped. If you had multiple episodes in the past then you should continue.
Talk to your mental health professional regarding this.

Hello. I'm sorry to hear that you are going through these problems. It would be helpful if you could elaborate on the neurological problems and what exactly happens if you reduce the dose. The medicines prescribed do not usually cause any major neurological problems. But if you desire to adjust the doses, I suggest you consult a psychiatrist as soon as possible.
