Nicotex Plus 2Mg Tablet Mint helps people quit smoking or cut down on the number of cigarette consumption. It also helps to provide relief in cases of unpleasant withdrawal symptoms.

On using this medication you may experience side effects such as vomiting, nausea, mouth ulcers, cough, rash, skin redness or itchiness, drying of the mouth, dizziness, throat irritation, sneezing, chest pain, vasculitis, dyspnoea, increased sweating or salivation, headache and indigestion. On experiencing any allergic reaction seek the help of your health care provider right away.

Before using this medication notify your doctor if; you are allergic to it, you are allergic to any food/medicine/substance, you have severe kidney/liver/heart disorders, you have heart failure or high blood pressure, you recently had a heart attack or stroke, you have asthma or inflammation of the oesophagus, you are taking any medications, you are pregnant or are nursing a baby.

The dosage for this medication should be prescribed by the doctor based on your medical history and condition. Thus usual dose in adults is 4 mg for patients who have their first cigarette within half an hour of waking up. For people who have their first cigarette after more than 30 minute, dose is 2 mg.

Hello john . Do walk daily.take plenty of water . Take plenty of fruits. Take high fiber diet.don't skip your breakfast and meals. Have small and frequent meals. Avoid sugar, sweet, papad, preservative foods, potatoes, rice, pumpkin, fried foods, junk foods, oily foods, maida products , juice.take lemon water without sugar, tea without sugar, coffee without sugar . Take salad , fresh curd.

Here are some of the methods and home remedies with which you can get rid of your freckles:

  1. Prevent your face from the sun: This is the best approach to get rid of freckles. Wear caps with wide overflows so your face is in shadow. Attempt to abstain from going outside when the sun is high in the sky since this is the time when you get the most UV radiation. If you do go out, try to stay in the shade. Also wear sunscreens with SPF 50  constantly, without fail.
  2. Lemon Juice To Bleach Freckles Away: Lemon juice is one of the best natural bleaches. Use the juice from crisp crushed lemons; delicately apply the juice onto the freckled regions. Be careful not to put the juice in your eyes. Leave the juice on for ten to fifteen minutes and wash off with warm water. You will need to do this twice every day for a few weeks before the spots vanish.

Now this is a very interesting topic. We have always focused on food items which help raise platelet counts. So, this topic is equally important, if not more. This blog lists various food items that are best avoided in patients having low platelet counts. Scientific evidence is lacking, in majority, on why these food items are best avoided. Most of these are gradual observations that people have noticed over the years.

So the list goes as :

  1. Ginkgo Biloba – used as a memory enhancer
  2. Ginseng – used as energy boosting supplement
  3. Raw garlic
  4. Pomegranates
  5. Omega three intake foods – fish etc
  6. Red wine
  7. Smoking
  8. Pineapple – which are considered as antiplatelet agents

Anti-inflammatory diet means including fresh food in diet, minimize processed food and fast food, eat more fruits and vegetables, restrict caloric intake to 2000 to 3000 calories per day in adults. Of this caloric intake, 40-50% should come from carbohydrates, 30 % from fats, and 20 -30% from proteins.
