This injection is composed of Vitamin B12 which is one of the most important nutrients required by the human body. A lack of this vitamin can cause severe and permanent neurological damage. This injection is used by people of all ages suffering from the gut disease. They are unable to completely absorb the vitamin and have the risk of vitamin B12 deficiency.

This medication is water-soluble and contains a pure form of vitamin B12. It plays a key role in the functioning of the brain and nervous system and the formation of the red blood cells.
