About Bifo 1% Cream

Bifo 1% Cream is available in the form of an ointment for topical application. It is primarily used to treat athlete’s foot. Do not apply on sensitive skin, especially the vaginal areas. The cream should be applied thinly on to the affected area once a day, preferably at night, before you go to bed.

This treatment must be continued for at least two to three weeks. Make sure that you wash and clean the area properly before applying the ointment on it. Consult a doctor or a pharmacist immediately if the symptoms do not appear to be reducing even after a week of application.

Do not use this medicine if you have had allergic reactions to this medicine or to any of its components. Exercise caution while using this medicine if you have had allergic reactions to any other antifungal gents containing imidazole, in the past. Do not ingest the cream, even by accident. This medicine could possibly cause nausea, vomiting and dizziness if swallowed.
