Both are different antibiotics with different action, used for different diseases. You should not use them on your own which causes resistance so that they may not be effective when really needed.

There's nothing like high or low antibiotics. All antibiotics should be used judiciously as it may lead to resistance. I think your child is suffering from allergy. Best way is to avoid possible allergen like dust. Pollen etc. Put saline nasal drops frequently into each nostril whenever he has symptoms of cold.

Sleep is as Important as Food

"With advent of gadgets and night life, many have become sleep deprived off late. There is also a fallacy you need to sleep early and wake up early, whcih is medically untrue. The duration of sleep is of paramount importance for a healthy life. An average of 8 hours of sleep prevents stress, obesity, cardiac illness, immune related disorders, and many more. Minimum one needs 6 hours of sleep, maximum 10 hours. The benefits of dieting, workouts are all negated in the absence of adequate sleep leading to higher morbidity and mortality. Sleep well and be healthy." - Dr. Jagadeesan. (Psychiatrist)

Treatment for Azoospermia - Micro-TESE

Treatment for Azoospermia - Micro-TESE
Normal semen contains a minimum of more than 15 million per ml. Azoospermia is a condition in which the semen contains no sperm.
A male with azoospermia cannot father a child naturally. Previously, the only option for such a couple was to either use donor sperms or adopt a child.
However, with the advent of micro-tese, males with azoospermia also can father their own child. In this procedure, testis is opened under microscopic guidance and tubules containing sperms are searched and retrieved by an andrologist (urologist specialized in male infertility). These are further processed by embryologist and the retrieved sperms are used for injecting into eggs retrieved from wife.
It is done as a day care procedure or with one day admission. There is no significant morbidity for this surgery and excess sperms or embryos can be frozen for later use in case first embryo transfer is unsuccessful.

HIV-AIDS Phobia - What Is It And Can It Be Treated?

AIDS and HIV are words that can still provoke feelings of fear and anxiety in many people today and this in spite of the fact that this viral infection is no longer the killer it once was. With the advent of sophisticated drugs used in combination therapy, HIV has become a largely manageable condition, something that can be successfully lived with. Where HIV was once shrouded in mystery, and even called 'God's vengeance', today we know that HIV is a viral infection that may be acquired through a few well-established routes. We know that HIV transmission can occur through sexual contact, blood-to-blood contact, such as sharing hypodermic needles, and passed from mother to baby during pregnancy, the birthing process or through infected breast milk. HIV simply cannot be transmitted through activities such as hugging or most kissing, nor can it be acquired from toilet seats, shared eating utensils, glasses, cups or plates etc. because of this there is no real need to be anxious about these particular areas.

In fact, HIV is such a fragile virus - or, to be exact, a 'retrovirus' - that the virus can survive for only a brief period of time when outside of the body.
