Hi
Your RBS value is diabetic value. However with one value we cannot decide if you are a Diabetic. Get your 3 month average blood sugar test, HbA1C. This will confirm if your a diabetic or pre diabetic.
No, do not worry. your hba1c is on upper limit. Just take care. Do some lifestyle changes. First of all you should change your eating habits like
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc
5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods7. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time
10. Maintain active life styleexercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gymming, walking etc.
Now about point no. 10. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. Other days you can do cardio exercises. For more details you can consult me.
Do pp and hba1c. Follow diabetes diet which simply means eating the healthiest foods in moderate amounts and sticking to regular mealtimes. A diabetes diet is a healthy-eating plan that's naturally rich in nutrients and low in fat and calories. Key elements are fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
U can take (moderate amount)
grapes.
Apples.
Berries.
Citrus fruits.
Papaya.
U should avoid
sugar-sweetened beverages. Sugary beverages are the worst drink choice for someone with diabetes. Trans fats
sugar, cake, pastries
mithai/sweets
chocolate
fruits like mango, litchi etc.
White bread, pasta fruit-flavored yogurt. Sweetened breakfast cereals. Flavored coffee drinks. Honey

I will suggest you to Get your blood checked for HbA1c and follow up with reports and if its high than few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.
Its not coinciding. As fasting and random sugar is okay. But hba1c is high. Repeat hba1c as it's high to confirm dignosis. Or have you started medication for sugar. If not the reports are not corelating.

Most fast food, including drinks and sides, are loaded with carbohydrates with little to no fiber.
When your digestive system breaks down these foods, the carbs are released as glucose (sugar) into your bloodstream. As a result, your blood sugar increases. Excess calories from fast-food meals can cause weight gain. This may lead toward obesity.
Fast food may satisfy hunger in the short term, but long-term results are less positive. People who eat fast food and processed pastries are 51 percent more likely to develop depression than people who don’t eat those foods or eat very few of them.
You should avoid regular intake and this way you may be able to control your diet.
