Hi lybrate-user, though blockage could not be directly detected by echo, however wall motion abnormality which could be detected in echo shall be indirect method of detecting blockage. If your TMT IS positive ,please follow up with your cardiologist advice.

Hello- testicle shrinkage (testicular atrophy) occurs when the testes located inside the scrotum diminish in size due to aging, injury, side effects caused by prescription drugs, or from exhaustion caused by excessive masturbation. Often, diminished testicles are also accompanied by the loss of functionality, which results in low sperm count or unhealthy sperm. Some men may even experience diminished sexual stamina and poor performance. Fortunately, it is curable.

Dear grade 1 diastolic dysfunction in echo is a very common finding in otherwise healthy individuals. If you do not have breathlessness, this can be ignored. More important is to control all other risk factors like high blood pressure, diabetes, diet, exercise etc. Tightness in chest, if on exertion, can be a symptom of heart blockage and these test, that you have done do not rule it out. You need to do stress test for that.

Firstly I would recommend that you consult a pulmonologist to asses clinically assess you. In addition to Thyroid parameters, I would optimize all metabolic parameters. I am confident that this approach will help ease your respiratory symptoms in addition to improving your health in general.
