Too much cholesterol in the blood can lead to cardiovascular disease. What you eat has a direct impact on your cholesterol level. In fact, a diet rich in fiber and other cholesterol-lowering foods may help lower cholesterol as much as statin medication for some people. Working with a registered dietitian and doctor is the key to develop and maintain a successful health program to manage it. I will inform you on how to make diet, lifestyle changes, make you understand instructions for taking medication because it won't work if you don't take it as directed. Consult privately for a holistic dietary therapy to solve your problems.

Even though my 3d echo reports are normal feeling heavy in centre of chest is less vitamin d12 the culprit.
Dear Lybrateuser, - The heaviness in centre of chest could be due to acidity or GERD - avoid spicy, fried & junk food - have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals, chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, do not lye down for atleast an hour after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, raise the pillow end by 4-5 inches for proper digestion, take a walk after meals - have 8-10 glasses of water per day - do regular exercise like walking, jogging for 20-30 min, also do yoga, deep breathing for 5-10 min daily.

Hi, Gallbladder is not well thick wall. Multiple echo reflective calculi are seen inside the gallbladder.
Gallstones can be cured with medicines which are combination of herbal and homeo. There will no such need to undergo surgery or operations. You can connect with me and I can provide you with treatment by which you can get cured with our medicines only. The medicines are combination of herbal and homeopathic only. I will suggest you to avoid surgery there is no need of it. You need to take medicines that can help in removing them naturally such as our medicines combination of herbal and homeo that will help in removing stones. Gall bladder gets diseased due to an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. This leads to an imbalance of the acid-alkali balance in the body which causes the cholesterol to precipitate in the gall bladder leading to stone formation. Over time, these may get infected and lead to an acute inflammation, pain, fever etc. A stone may move ahead into a narrow passage or the duct and get stuck leading to severe agony. The safest and way that should be used to remove gallstones is removing it naturally, not just remove gallstones from gallbladder but also remove the cause of gallstones. No matter how much stones are there in gallbladder they all will be removed using medicines and process we follow at SSOHM.

The best wayout is to go for a general routine medical examination with a doctor and also mention about your signs and symptoms. After clinical examination and history taking (considering the past history and family history ), the doctor may suggest theses tests. Otherwise, it is not necessary. Please read about heart health and healthy lifestyle from the internet and empower yourself with correct information.
