Susceptible means they can not grow if the drug is present. This means the antibiotic is effective against the bacteria. Resistant means the bacteria can grow even if the drug is present. This is a sign of an ineffective antibiotic. Intermediate means a higher dose of the antibiotic is needed to prevent growth.

Hello- One of the most common causes of vulvovaginitis is Candida albicans/yeast. This yeast infection can cause genital itching and a thick, white vaginal discharge with a cottage cheese-like texture. Some women experience yeast infections after using antibiotics. So its best to start Ayurveda medicines this time. Consult a good Ayurveda doctor, you will be recovered surely.

Dear user, as per the swab report mentioned above, it means the swab taken from the ear canal contains normal flora which belongs to the ear. Sometimes it may become an infection if it moves to the inner ear cavity causing otitis media but otherwise it is not harmful. You can consult me for more doubts regarding this online by clicking on my photo and booking an appointment however, if you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.

Pain and itching in throat may be due to allergy cum infection in throat. Through examination of throat is required. If required after taking throat swab for culture and sensitivity, accordingly antibiotics and antihistamincs, analgesics can be given.

I did some test, urine culture, urinalysis and urethra swab test and only my urethra swab showed growth of staphylococcus aureus. Could that be the cause of frequent urination, pain in between my scrotum and anus, and purplish vain-like swelling at my urethra opening and pain at the top of my penis.

Yes what about sensitivity test. You need to use proper sensitive antibiotic for atleast 10 days and repeat culture and sensitivity of urine for further management.
