The report means the culture is negative for any bacteria and you have no infection in urinary tract.

It depends how much infection spread on your body and what kind of comorbidity you have and where is the infection but according me once you get proper treatment than nothing to worry just get the proper treatment and proper care thank you please feedback um1327.
