योग क्या है?

योग को मानसिक, आध्यात्मिक और शारीरिक विषयों या प्रथाओं के संग्रह के रूप मे परिभाषित किया गया है और यह प्राचीन भारत मे उत्पन्न हुआ है। हिंदू धर्म, बौद्ध धर्म और जैन धर्म मे विभिन्न प्रकार के योग स्कूल, लक्ष्य और प्रथाएं है। विभिन्न प्रकार के योगो मे हठ योग और राजा योग सबसे प्रसिद्ध है। हालांकि, योग के आविष्कारक के बारे मे कोई लिखित रिकॉर्ड नही है। योग के किसी भी लिखित खाते से पहले अस्तित्व मे आया, योग अभ्यासकर्ता इन शारीरिक व्यायामों का अभ्यास करते थे। सालों मे ये प्रथाओं को योगियों ने अपने छात्रों को पास कर दिया था, और योग के कई स्कूल विकसित किए गए क्योंकि इस अनुशासन ने विश्व स्तर पर चौड़ा किया और लोकप्रियता हासिल की।

कई प्राचीन भारतीय धार्मिक ग्रंथ संस्कृत मे लिखे गए है, जो वेदों की इंडो-यूरोपियन भाषा है, इसमें योग की विभिन्न तकनीकों के रिकॉर्ड शामिल है। 'योग सूत्र', जो कि भारतीय ऋषि पतंजलि द्वारा दिए गए योग दर्शन पर २००० साल का एक ग्रंथ है, एक प्रकार का गाइडबुक है जो तकनीक को प्रदान करता है कि कैसे मन और भावनाओं और आध्यात्मिक विकास पर सलाह प्राप्त करने के लिए तकनीकें प्रदान करता है जिस पर आज का अभ्यास किया गया सभी योग आधारित है। योग सूत्र सबसे पहले योग के लिखित रिकॉर्ड और अस्तित्व मे सबसे पुराना ग्रंथों मे से एक है।

इस प्रकार का व्यायाम शरीर की संतुलन और मुख्य शक्ति को बढ़ाता है जहां विभिन्न आसनें गहरी साँस लेने के साथ हाथ मे जाती है। इनके संयोजन से रक्तचाप कम हो जाता है, हृदय स्वास्थ्य मे सुधार, श्वसन दर बढ़ जाती है और शरीर के स्तर को कोर्टिसोल पर नियंत्रण होता है, एक हार्मोन जो तनाव से निपटने के लिए उत्पन्न होता है। इन पदों, जो अब पूरे शब्दों मे कई योग केंद्रों मे स्वास्थ्य और फिटनेस का अभिन्न हिस्सा बन गए है, मूल रूप से भारत मे योग परंपराओं का एक प्रमुख घटक नही थे। योग के कुछ सामान्य प्रथाओ मे प्राणायाम, धरणा और नाडा शामिल है।

योग कैसे किया जाता है ?

योग करने का सबसे अच्छा समय सुबह मे एक नाश्ते के बारे मे एक घंटे पहले होता है। सुबह उठने के बाद, स्नान करने के बाद आंत को खाली करना, दिन की शुरुआत करने के लिए योग अभ्यास किया जा सकता है। योग का अभ्यास करने के लिए सबसे उपयुक्त समय सूर्यास्त के ठीक पहले शाम है। हालांकि, इस तरह की प्रथाओं को उस समय में बेहतर करना है, जो किसी व्यक्ति के दैनिक अनुसूची के लिए उपयुक्त है, बल्कि इसे रूटीय या आदर्शवादी होने से गुमराह करने के बजाय। यह याद रखना चाहिए कि अभिन्न योग हमेशा एक संतुलित अभ्यास होता है। सर्वोत्तम परिणामों के लिए, किसी भी व्यक्ति के आध्यात्मिक विकास और जागरूकता मे सुधार लाने और उसे बढ़ाने के लिए आवश्यक होने के दौरान आवश्यक अभ्यास के तरीकों को मिलाया जाना चाहिए।

योग की स्थिति को दिन के किसी भी समय अभ्यास किया जा सकता है, हालांकि भोजन लेने के दो से तीन घंटे के भीतर। जब भी शरीर थका हुआ, तनावग्रस्त, कठोर या फैला हुआ महसूस कर लेता है, ऐसे मे कोई भी ऐसा मसला कर सकता है। हालांकि, बिस्तर पर जाने से पहले बहुत उत्तेजक आसनों का अभ्यास टालना चाहिए। किसी व्यक्ति की योग के दौरान पहले आसन का अभ्यास करना सबसे अच्छा है, प्राणायाम का पालन किया गया है (या फिर सांस लेने और फिर ध्यान दे।

इसमे कोई प्रतिबंध नही है जैसे कि जब योग का अभ्यास करने के बारे मे आता है किसी भी उम्र, लिंग या शरीर का योग योग का अभ्यास कर सकता है। हालांकि, यदि कोई स्थिति उत्पन्न होती है तो एक व्यक्ति अस्थायी रूप से योग से बच सकता है जिससे वह ऐसा करने से रोकता है इन स्थितियो मे दमा, नेत्र शल्य चिकित्सा, पीठ की चोट, कार्पल टनल सिंड्रोम, सिरदर्द, दस्त, हृदय की समस्याएं, घुटने की चोट, माहवारी, अनिद्रा, कम या उच्च रक्तचाप, गर्दन की चोट, गर्भावस्था या कंधे की चोट शामिल हो सकते है।

क्या इसके कुछ दुष्प्रभाव है?

यद्यपि योग के लाभ कई है, इसके कुछ नुकसान भी है। योग के गंभीर दुष्प्रभाव आम तौर पर दुर्लभ होते है योग के कुछ सामान्य साइड इफेक्ट्स मे मस्कुलोकैक्टल की चोट, ग्लूकोमा के साथ जटिलता, सशक्त श्वास के कारण रक्तचाप मे असामान्य वृद्धि, पीठ की चोट, मांसपेशियो मे तनाव और अन्य शामिल है।अगर एक व्यक्ति शरीर की चेतावनी के संकेतों की उपेक्षा करता है और अपनी सीमाओं से परे जाने की कोशश करता है तो एक अधिक विस्तार हो सकता है खींचने को सीमा तक किया जाना चाहिए जो किसी के साथ सहज है या हल्के पुल को महसूस कर सकता है।हेडस्टैंड और कंडरस्टैंड सहित व्युत्क्रम जैसे कुछ योग पदों का अभ्यास, नेत्रीय दबाव बढ़ता है और ग्लूकोमा जैसी आंख की स्थिति वाले लोगों में जटिलताओं का कारण बन सकता है।बहुत आक्रामक तरीके से अभ्यास करना और सावधान नही होना चाहिए क्योंकि आसन मे एक कदम से चोट लग सकती है इसलिए, प्रशिक्षित शिक्षक के मार्गदर्शन मे अभ्यास करना उचित है।

शायद सबसे पहले एक व्यक्ति को योग की कक्षा के बाद ऐसा लग रहा है कि, बहुत पानी पीना हालांकि, योग कक्षा को तुरंत बाद पीने से बचा जाना चाहिए। सिर्फ एक योग कक्षा के बाद, सलाह दी जाती है कि सवासना (आराम से और सामान्य साँस लेने के साथ) मे कम से कम १० मिनट के लिए विश्राम करें। यह हमेशा अनुशंसा की जाती है कि योग अभ्यास करने के बाद, एक व्यक्ति को १५ मिनट के बाद कम से कम पानी पीना चाहिए और योग सत्र समाप्त होने के बाद कम से कम आधे घंटे का खाना खा लेना चाहिए।किसी मे कुछ स्वाभाविक रूप से हाइड्रेटिंग पीना जैसे फलों का रस या नारियल पानी भी हो सकता है। योग सत्र के बाद तरबूज या ककड़ी जैसे खाद्य पदार्थों को हाइडिंग भी अच्छा है।एक योग सत्र के बाद प्रोटीन युक्त समृद्ध भोजन की सलाह दी जाती है इसमें कम वसा वाले दूध, दही खाने, ब्रूइड चिकन पर स्नैकिंग, कठोर तेलयुक्त अंडे, कटा हुआ पनीर या कुछ फल शामिल हो सकते है।

स्वास्थ होने में कितना समय लगेगा?

June is known as the Brain Tumour Month worldwide. It’s worthwhile to raise public awareness and educate people about brain tumour, a disease which, though is rare is but can be really deadly. More than 500 new cases are diagnosed with brain tumour every day worldwide. The number of patients with secondary tumours are even higher than 500. However, it is common across all ages.  A primary brain tumour is a tumour that begins in the brain. It can be either malignant, which means it contains cancer cells or benign i.e. does not contain cancer cells. A secondary or metastatic brain tumour is usually cancerous. It starts elsewhere in the body and sends cancerous cells which grow in the brain.

Here are a few facts that each one of us should know about this dangerous disease

  1. Brain tumours can occur at any age.
  2. We don’t know what causes brain tumors. Family history and high dose radiation like X-rays increases your risk.
  3. Doctors group brain tumors by grade which means the way the brain cells look under a microscope. A higher grade number means the cells appear more abnormal and the more aggressively the tumour usually behaves.
  4. Brain tumors are graded as grade I, grade II, or grade III, or grade IV.

Symptoms
The symptoms of brain tumour depend on the size, type, and location of the brain tumour. Some common symptoms which should not be ignored are-

  4. Ketogenic diet: A ketogenic diet is a high protein diet. It reduces oxidative stress and inflammation in the brain which is associated with brain tumours. It also shuts down the nutrient supply to tumors.

In the 12th you were probably 6 years younger. That is a lot of time that has passed by and your mind and body is not the same. Even if it was the same, it is not advisable to study so much everyday. You need at least 8 hours of sleep anyway. You may also have some problems related to delayed adolescence to boot. First of all, the intensity of stress is in the perception. Change your perception, there is no stress: it’s like looking at a glass half full or half empty. Apart from that, all your emotions need to be dealt with by expression i.e. You need to talk about the feelings. Then you need to exercise regularly, eat fiber foods (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), sleep at least 8 hours every day, learn Yoga and meditation, learn stress management, and do a personality development course. Because you are into studies, follow a tight schedule, with good breaks and study habits. If group study helps you, do it with the right people. If tutoring is required, arrange for the same. These should see you through successfully without the stress.

I am suffering from such type of problem since four years. That I have sudden feeling that I am going to die. Become panic and sometime such feelings come in my mind that my life is useless n no body cares for me. Yoga like brahma works in it. But as I leave yoga for some time. It comes back. I have been to doctors many times .it does not give my any relaxation. I am stressed. My mood swings are sudden. And the main point is I dnt like to interact with people. I want to change myself like literally. If I try for some yoga and other spiritual exercises I am not able to concentrate. I get affected from little things.

So today I am going to discuss about the role of exercise and yoga during pregnancy. So we have seen nowadays the number of C section has been increased and its not because we doctors, its because the sedentary lifestyle and the faulty food style of the patient since very very childhood. So nowadays its our oath to educate and aware each and every patient to just go with all the normal healthy food style and the exercise and yoga. In the antenatal period and to achieve normal weight as soon as possible in the postnatal period. So nowadays we have seen Obesity, pregnancy induced hypertension, diabetes mellitus during pregnancy and because of all these complications, the rate of C section has been increased. So during pregnancy, if you are going with all these normal yoga and exercise it reduces the incidence of all these major complications of the pregnancy. It helps to achieve the normal weight of the baby and the mother also. Excessive weight can during these activities is totally aborted in these periods. So few normal elements of the pregnancy is very worrying some to each and every patient. These are, Nausea, the vomiting, acidity, constipation if you are doing all these exercises and the yoga so the incidence and the severity of these irritating symptoms decreases. So during anti natal period especially in the 1st trimester and the last trimester, we should go with simple exercises like breathing exercise, like doing all the stretching and the relaxing exercise, the leg muscle exercise. Leg muscle exercise decreases the pitiletima, the leg cramps, the incidence of deep vein thrombosis same with the breathing exercise, supplies oxygen, fresh oxygen to the baby, improves the circulation. So during pregnancy period when we are doing good food style, we are having good food, and every day we are taking, doing 30 of walk, and 30 to 45 minutes of yoga and exercise the complication get totally decrease. Do dear friends I just want to tell you please just start taking all the healthy food and doing exercise to reduce the rate of C section. It just relaxes our pelvis and increase the strength of pelvic muscle. Make the pelvis muscle tout during, when we are in the labor pain it help the patient to push down the baby down and the delivery become very smooth and easy.
