সাইক্লোপাম সাসপেনশন ৬ মাসের কম বয়সী বাচ্চাদের এবং গর্ভবতী এবং বুকের দুধ খাওয়ানো মহিলাদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করার জন্য পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয় না। এই ওষুধটি ব্যবহার করার আগে আপনি নিশ্চিত হয়ে নিন যে আপনি গ্লুকোমা, বর্ধিত প্রোস্টেট, প্রস্রাবের সমস্যা, উচ্চ রক্তচাপ, স্নায়ুতন্ত্রের সমস্যা, মায়াস্থেনিয়া গ্র্যাভিস, লিভার, হার্ট, থাইরয়েড, অন্ত্রের বা কিডনির সমস্যা ইত্যাদির মতো অসুস্থতা থেকে ভুগছেন তা আপনার ডাক্তারকে জানিয়েছেন।

এই ওষুধ মাথা ঘোরা, দুর্বলতা, চোখ শুষ্ক হওয়া, ঝাপসা দৃষ্টি, মুখ শুকনো হওয়া এবং পেট ফুলে যাওয়ার মতো নানারকম অ্যান্টিকোলিনার্জিক প্রতিক্রিয়ার কারণ হতে পারে। বেশি মাত্রায় ওষুধটি ব্যবহার করলে আপনি ঘাম, ত্বকে গরম ঝলসানি, অনিয়মিত হার্টবিট, ভুল বকা, সমন্বয়সাধনের ক্ষতি, মেজাজের পরিবর্তন, মূত্রত্যাগে সমস্যা ও যৌনক্ষমতা হ্রাস পাওয়ার মতো শারীরিক সমস্যা লক্ষ্য করতে পারেন।

আপনার চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী খাবার গ্রহণ করার আগে বা খাবার গ্রহণ করার পরে কেবলমাত্র মুখের মাধ্যমেই Cyclopam Suspension সেবন করা উচিত। এটি প্রতিদিন ৪ বার করে গ্রহণ করা উচিত। এই ওষুধটি আপনার শরীরের সাথে কীভাবে প্রতিক্রিয়া জানায়, আপনার বয়স, আপনার চিকিৎসার ইতিহাস, এবং বর্তমান শারীরিক অবস্থা ইত্যাদির উপর নির্ভ‌র করে আপনার ডাক্তার এই ওষুধের ডোজ নির্ধারণ করেন। আপনার ডাক্তার আপনাকে একটি ন্যূনতম ডোজ দিয়ে ওষুধটি শুরু করতে বলতে পারেন এবং সময়ের সাথে এবং আপনার স্বাস্থ্যের অবস্থা অনুযায়ী ওষুধের ডোজটি বাড়িয়ে দিতে পারেন।

Cyclopam Suspension is a drug that treats smooth muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal tract which occurs due to irritable bowel syndrome. It blocks the acetylcholine receptors present on the smooth muscles thereby causing the muscles to relax. It also controls excessive secretion from not only stomach but also from bronchial, tracheal and pharyngeal muscles. It also act as an anti-foaming and antiflatulent agent which decreases gas in the GI tract by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles thus allowing them to coalesce and be expelled.
