Buscogast 10Mg Tablet অতিরিক্ত বমি, বমিভাব এবং বিশেষত গতিজনিত অসুস্থতায় আক্রান্ত রোগীদের চিকিৎসার জন্য পরিচালনা করা হয় এমন একটি কার্যকরী ওষুধ। বিশেষত কিছু বড় শল্য চিকিৎসার পরে লালা উৎপাদনকে হ্রাস করতে এটি ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে। ওষুধটি গা গোলানো ভাব, পেটের প্রদাহ বা খিঁচুনি, মূত্রাশয়ের খিঁচুনি, চোখের প্রদাহ এবং ইরিটেবল বাওয়েল সিন্ড্রোম থেকে মুক্তি দিতে সহায়তা করে।

Buscogast 10Mg Tablet শিরার মাধ্যমে, মৌখিকভাবে এবং কখনও কখনও ত্বকের প্যাচগুলির মাধ্যমেও পরিচালিত হতে পারে। ওষুধটি শরীরের মধ্যে প্রায় ৯ - ১০ ঘণ্টা পর্যন্ত থাকে এবং এটি একটি মাসক্যারিনিক অ্যান্টা‌গোনিস্ট হিসাবে কাজ করে। এটি মাসক্যারিনিক অ্যাসিটাইলকোলিন রিসেপ্টরগুলির সাথে আবদ্ধ হয়ে নিউরো ট্রান্সমিটার অ্যাসিটাইলকোলিনকে বাধা দেয়, যা ঘুরেফিরে প্যারাসিমপ্যাথেটিক স্নায়ুতন্ত্রের স্নায়ুতন্ত্রকে বাধা দেয় বিশেষত মস্তিষ্কের মধ্যে বমিভাব সৃষ্টি হওয়ার কেন্দ্রতে। এই ওষুধের বেশ কিছু পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়ার মধ্যে শুষ্ক মুখ, এরিথমিয়া, ব্রঙ্কিয়াল ক্ষরণ হ্রাস পাওয়া, অত্যধিক তৃষ্ণা পাওয়া, হার্ট রেট বৃদ্ধি, শুষ্ক ত্বক, বুক ধড়ফড়ানি, ফটোফোবিয়া বা আলোতে আতঙ্ক অন্তর্ভুক্ত।

• ওষুধের মাত্রা বা ডোজ যদি মিস হয়ে যায় তাহলে সেক্ষেত্রে কি কোন সতর্কবার্তা আছে?

Buscogast 10Mg Tablet is a muscarinic acetylcholinergic which competitively blocks acetylcholine receptors. It is believed to stop communication between the vestibular nerves and the vomiting center of brain, as well as block the vomiting center directly to prevent motion sickness.
