You can take it. But it will not help. The reason being metabolic rate do not increase in this way. U need to do lifestyle changes. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Hi lybrate-usertake moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, low fat diet. Take a cup of green tea in the morning and evening. Avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also do not take creamed milk rather take skimmed milk. Eat less chapatis, less rice, more pulses and pulses products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Must take exercises daily.

Hello, As per your clinical history is concerned you can do like this - Prepare a hot compress by wrapping a hot water bottle in a thin towel.Make a cold compress by wrapping a few ice cubes in a thin towel.Put the hot compress on the affected joints for 3 minutes,Replace it with the cold compress and leave that on for about 3 minute.Repeat the process for 15 to 20 minutes a few times daily. Mix 1 teaspoon each of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and honey in a glass of warm water. Drink it twice daily, preferably before eating your meal.You can also mix together 1 tablespoon each of organic apple cider vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil. Use it to massage the affected joints a few times daily. Hope that helps

Hello she is prediabetic diet must include- fatty fish like salmon, sardines, herring, anchovies and mackerel . Cinnamon, fresh fruits, leafy green vegetables, chia seeds, eggs,low-fat dairy products, whole grains, turmeric ,cashews, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios,walnuts, broccoli, apple cider vinegar, eat fish, poultry, and lean meat instead of fatty red meat or processed meat. Flaxseed, garlic ,strawberries avoid sugar-sweetened beverages. Sugary beverages are the worst drink choice for someone with diabetes. Trans fats. White bread, pasta and rice. Fruit-flavored yogurt sweetened breakfast cereals flavored coffee drinks honey, agave nectar and maple syrup. Dried fruit.
