B-Trim Drop
B-Trim drop is a combination of Calcarea carbonica - 6x, Thyroidinum, Fucus vesiculosis Q and Phytolacca berry - Q . B-Trim drops are recommended for overweight individuals or those who wish to improve their metabolism and reduce weight. B-Trim drops are indicated in case of general obesity.

Directions for use:
10 drops in 1/4 cup of water, half-an-hour before meals, 3 times daily or as prescribed by the physician.

Phytolacca Berry Tablet
Phytolacca Berry tablets commonly called poke root acts as a good remedy for obesity. This plant works on the fibrous, and lipomatous tissues of the body. Phytolacca is claimed to assist with weight loss.

Directions for use:

What is ur height? Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't Overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Your diet be easily digestible ,high in protein-take, fish, eggs, chicken..Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics. Tk,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. Avoid, junkfood, ,alcohol & nicotine. Tk,  care.

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar checked from some lab. There is no medicine or short cut method to loose weight first of all you should change your eating habits like 1. Don?t overeat 2.
